The best compliment you can give us is recommending us to someone you know. When you refer a new client to Fred Rosenthal Plumbing & Electrical (FRP&E):

  • They'll receive R250 off their first plumbing or electrical service.

  • You'll receive R250 credit towards your next plumbing or electrical invoice.

FRP&E grew through word of mouth — this is our way of saying thank you to the people who help keep that going.

How it works

We're a small team who takes pride in the work we do and are dedicated to the relationships we've built with our clients over the years.

STEP 01

REFER SOMEONE

If a friend, family member, neighbour, or colleague needs plumbing or electrical help, tell them about us.

STEP 02

THEY GET IN TOUCH WITH US

Your referral contacts us and mentions your name when booking their first service.

STEP 03

REFERRAL RECEIVES DISCOUNT

We carry out the work and your referral receives R250 off their invoice upon completion.

STEP 04

YOU GET REWARDED

 Once the job has been completed and paid for, you receive R250 credit towards your next service with us.

Terms & Conditions

  • The referral programme is open to new clients only.

  • The referred client must mention the referrer's name when booking, or before a quote or invoice is issued.

  • The referred client will receive R250 off their final invoice.

  • The referred job must be completed and paid in full before the referral reward is issued to the referrer.

  • The referrer will receive R250 account credit, redeemable against any future plumbing or electrical service provided by FRP&E.

  • Referral credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be redeemed against previous invoices.

  • Referral credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Referral rewards may not be combined with other promotional offers.

  • One referral reward will be issued per successful referral.

  • FRP&E reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral programme at any time.
